help please :(

okay... i have had bad skin for as long as i can remember... since 3rd grade maybe, and im 17 now. I've never really has problems with my cheeks, but lately, they have been horrible! the texture is really bad, they are bumpy and i can feel stuff underneath my skin, so even if i am wearing makeup, you can see the bumpyness. I started using retin a micro about 2 weels ago... at about day 3 my right cheek just broke out like crazy. Red, bumpy, and my skin was all flakey. It has started to get better, but its still not better than before i started the retin a. also, on my chin, i have tiny bumps that when i squeeze, once in a while a long string of white comes out, but usually, nothing happens. they have been there for about 8 months, and are worse than pimples, because at least pimples go away eventually! these look horrible. i was using neutrogena acne wash (the orange stuff), but i switched to some johnson & johnson gentle soap.. pure something or other... but they have not gone away... any advice would be great!!!! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

my advice is to stop squeezing... makes it worse

gentle soap is good, i had success combining purpose with 2.5% benz. peroxide.. twice a day.. and a sali. acid pad once a day

the less you touch your face the better off itll be http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif wear gloves or something if you get tempted or have a habit

Ive had those tiny little things on my chin for as long as i could remember with tiny white things sticking out. They are really unnoticable unless I like scrunch or stick my chin out. I would like to get rid of that stuff though. It's kinda sick.

AcneMiracle's B5 gel is great for bringing up the plugs from those tiny white bumps around the lips. Mine are completely gone. It works fast too, only takes a few applications, and they didn't come back. Mine have been gone for several weeks now. I love it!
