does anyone take antiobiotics with accutane in the beginning?

Just wondering how my skin will react....I'm not clear taking a maintenance dose of tane and today had to start an antibiotic (amoxicillan) along with it for a bit. Any body else take an antibiotic. ?? I've heard of others taking it to "get through the initial flare' but can't find the posts.

Anyone?? who has experience with amoxil or accutane or both?

PS I know the tetracycline and erythromycin ones can't be taken with accutane. The pharmacy said the amoxicillan is safe, but doesn't know what it will do to my current breakout. Make it worse or better?
